As we know nits ranking is higher than iiits so definitely Cse in nit Patna is better as more campus will come there compared to iiit jabalpur. 

So better go to nit to persue you b.tech in Cse

As per your rank in jee mains it is difficult to get any IIIT. Generally minimum rank required for general category is below 20000 respectively.

       Congratulations on your attempt JEE mains. To be honest  56959 rank is very less to get a seat in any IIITS not only south. So chances for you to get a seat in IIIT is very negligible because of the cutoff rank for previous years itself around 30,000
