Definately IIT Guhawati is best for CSE since it is a govt college, you get that IIT tag it is booming up and will come up to the level of NIT Allahbad in coming years and the faculty is from top IITs and NITs.

No doubt the placement are excellent in it. If you are deeply interested in computer science and so much passionate then  IIIT Hyderabad is best as it has excellent curriculum.

Yes IIIT Guwahati is an excellent choice after IIIT Hyd, Allahabad. The placement records and packages are improving year by year, and it is much better choice when compared to IIIT Lucknow, Kota or Bhubhaneshwar.
