I got 276443 CRL rank and my category rank is 90150 and my caste is OBC will I get any IIIT or Gift In special round 2 please guide me

According to your OBC rank, you have very low chances for getting any of IIITs or GFTIs or NITs. In spot round you may get any upto OBC rank of around 16k only( previous some years trend). And your rank is not even close. So you can have better luck for next time.
