EWS category reservation has been provided first time in JEE Main Entrance Exam, Previous year cutoff is not available so it would be difficult to tell you about the admission possibilities with EWS category rank.

In order to get admission in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs You need to apply for JOSSA counselling, Its registration is expected to start from the second week of June, 2019. JEE Main 2019 qualifying cutoff is 54.0128155 as SC category to apply for JOSSA counselling & apply for JEE

As per your score in jee mains 2019 it is difficult to get NIT or IIIT or cfti. Generally in order to get NIT or other colleges the minimum percentile required is 97 for general, 94 for obc and 92 for sc/st category respectively.

With an 11,888 rank in the SC Category, the chances of getting an NIT is very slim but there's no harm in trying for your home state NIT and the North-East NITs. So fill all the options in the counselling.
