Between IIIT trichy also know as IIIT srirangam and the IIIT sri city, they are almost same not that much difference. Their cut-off ranks were almost same but IIIT trichy is little bit better at some point. There was no much difference between both the colleges placement also.

Yes you get seat through JOSAA or some colleges accept JEE mains for thier admission. NIT Trichy is top in NITs. To get in IIT u should clear JEE advanced. You are eligible for JEE advanced and if got good rank at JEE advanced u will get seat in prestigious
Sorry to say but as per your said rank in obc category you have no chance to grab seat in IIITs. As all the IIITs have the closing cutoff of around to maximum under the 20000 for obc candidates.

Sorry but it is almost impossible to get any IIIT nad with CSE. As there is no home state quota in IIIT so it is very difficult to get CSE in IIIT in this rank.
But you can NIT srinagar or some other private colleges which ae really good
