EWS category reservation has been provided first time in JEE Main Entrance Exam by NTA so it would be difficult to tell you the exact about the admission possibilities of EWS reserved category seats.

Based on your rank it is very less possible for you to get a nit with some good branch.You may get some of the cfit or iiits.You can also apply in some of the state colleges that have their own state counselling process and that have jee rank
You might get into IIIts, and low ranked NITs with this ranks, or any government college in your state.
JEE Main 2019 qualifying cutoff is 78.2174869 as Gen EWS. You should meet the cutoff to apply for JOSSA counselling & JEE Advance. You can check the further information about it with the given below link.
