You are elligible for JEE ADVANCE,but your Percentile jsnis enough to secure seats in other state NITs or IIITs under OBC quota.You may get seats in HOME STATE NIT with non core stream.Your percentile should be more than 96 to secure seats in good NITs.

The eligibility criteria for getting admission into nits ,IIITs and gfti's is minimum 75% in pcm in 10+2. It is relaxed only for SC/ST to 65%. So you will face problem during counseling time in getting admission.
According to your rank in jee mains , I can say
Reservation for EWS category is being provided for the first time by NTA in JEE Main exam therefore it would be difficult to tell you about your chances of admission as previous year cutoffs for EWS category is not available.
