Congratulations for qualifying in JEE mains.
IIIT Bhubaneswar have two kind of seats i.e. JOSSA and JEE mains. It reserves 50% of seats for the state counselling.
Same goes for NIT Rourkela.
If you belong to a category other than common rank list then you can get admission
