See EWS category is introducing first time so no one can predict that cutoff..But you van pretend that EWS cutoff is slidly Lower than The general Cutoff..see collges according to General category & ChooseWide options..
But i think You will not get in To NIT or IIIT at 26K

I am very sorry to inform you that you may not be able to get into any NIT or IIIT for any course on the basis of this rank in JEE.
You should look for other state government college or private college.
