It is tough to get IIIT with your mentioned percentile. You must have to wait till the end of counselling process. If seats remain vacant then you may get one during spot round which was conducted by CSAB last year.

As per you mentioned score in JEE mains on rank of 20218 it is difficult to get ECE and CSE. Generally, for CSE rank should be below 2000 for top NIT and for ECE rank should be below 7000 respectively. For IIIT Jee mains score should be above
