In response to your query I would like to inform you that as you also that the normal rounds of counselling are over and there is only special round left and in that round the number of seats are very less and due to your category rank 5793 which is a high rank the chance of you getting NIT or IIIT is nearly zero or I should say you don't have a chance.

Yes dear you have pretty good chances of getting a seat in special round under Home state quota.So,don't worry.You can get branches like Bio Technology,Chemical Engineering,Chemical Engineering,Electrical and electronics etc.So,please wait and keep ready your documents till then.

Hope you are doing well. Though you have a very low rank in open category but as it is a last round of the councilling you may get something in the obc category rank. But if you will get any college then you have to compromise with the branch as it is hard for you to get CS or IT. So there are some chances of you getting something so you should try and take part in the councilling.
