Based on previous year cutoff IIIT surat has higher cutoff than IIIT ranchi.

The choice should depend on the fact that in which branch are you interested in as although NIT srinagar is a estabilished college but due to regional tensions it won't be so good. Therefore you should make your choice according to the branch in which you are interested in. Hope this helps. 

With this ranm it will be difficult for you to get admission in any of the NITs or IIITs and even if you are able to get a seat there it will be difficult for you to get a good branch. Although you can try for admission in the newer and northeastern Nits and IIITs as there you may have a better chance. Hope this helps.

I am sorry to tell you but I don't think that with an OBC rank of 30224 you will be able to get any NIT or IIIT even in special rounds. Your percentile 90.76 is good but not good enough to get you a decent branch in any of these colleges. I hope this information was helpful!

Though your rank is quite good and also you have reservations in OBC category and girls quota also but then also you are having low chances of getting any nit or IIIT in the special round of the councilling as if you got any then either you have to compromise with the branch or compromise with the college i.e you may get some newer NIT or IIIT. Though you should still participate in the councilling and try your luck.

As you know EWS category has been introduced by the government this year only so it is quite difficult to tell you whether you will get admission in that particular college or not. But if we go to the crl rank then it is very low and so it will be very difficult for you to get admission in any of the above college as for general category students the cutoff goes high only though if you would be lucky enough then you may get something in the last round of the councilling.
