It depends upon the JEE Main and JEE Advance cut offs, If You manage to qualify the exam by achieving the cut off, You can apply for JOSAA Counselling. It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/FEMALES/OBC category is lower than the general category

Hi Avinash, hope you are doing well, you have few chances to get into NIT's with 90.78 percentile and 1 lakh rank. But you just keep counselling for NIT's as well. And you have good chances of getting into IIIT's, so you better try for it. To know more about

Your chances for IIIT or NIT are slim if your a general category candidate with your rank. According to previous year trends, here are some colleges based on your rank:

With your mentioned rank you have negligible chances of getting any NITs or GFTIs. However with domicile quota you might get non core branches at the newer NITs.

Reservation for EWS category is being provided for the first time by NTA in JEE Main exam therefore it would be difficult to tell you about your chances of admission as previous year cutoffs for EWS category is not available.
