No, you cannot get seat in IIIT with this rank. You are eligible for jee advance. So work hard for them. You can try for other exams like bitsat. These are also a good college. Best of luck.

For 80 marks you will have general rank in range of 90000-100000. For this you won't be able to get a seat in any NITs or IIITs. Generally they all closes before 40000 rank in general list. You can look for some private college.

You should better take a year drop and prepare well for JEE Examination, so that you can get a good rank which will make you eligible for a good NIT. You will definitely get the seat if you prepare well, so just take the right decision.
