If you want to get admission in IIIT then you will have to clear the required cutoff for IIIT and have to appear in the counselling process for all the eligible JEE Mains candidates. You better select IIIT in your Jossa counselling process according to the marks that

If you score between 90-93 percentile in jee mains then your general rank will vary in between 70000-90000 and with this rank you will able to get only lower NIT and iiit ,you will not get any top nits and iiits with percentile.
