Here is a list of all IIITs and their respective opening and closing Category ranks in 2017 for the SC category. Considering this and your Category rank, you seem to have less chances for admission in an IIIT.

You are not eligible for IIT or NIT if you have 58% in class 12 .As for admisssion there, the candidate must hace secured at least 75% in class 12 board if he /she belongs to open category and 60% if to reserved category. So, you have no chances
