To get admission in IIITs or NITs, you must have a rank under 1 lac. At your rank, there is no chance of admission in these colleges. However you can apply for other state colleges and private colleges.

IIIT is always the best choice when it comes to btech. The placements and the quality of learning and exploring which the IIITs provide is unmatchable.
Undoubtedly, IIIT Gwalior is the best choice.

If you are from north state like assam /nagaland then you have chances to get good college under home state quota

Since it is a new college so it has some drawbacks compared to Institute which are fairly old. Regarding academics IIIT has moderate curriculum which is better than most of NITs but lags in comparison to excellent IIITs.
Overall I can say this is good college and of course you
special round means if you did not get seat in any of teh counseling session then there wil be a last round called special in which if you have not participate in counseling session or miss this then you can directly particiapte in special round to get a seat. thatis
