this is to inform you that the government colleges have the same eligibility criteria for the admission .so better try for the private institutions like CBIT in hyderabad or vasavi college of engineering which intake on the basis of the jee main rank only not the PCM marks.all
you have to clear jee mains first . In that accordng to the marks you get you can get NITs or IIITs .

You can get admission in nit kurukshtetra with electrical engineering
You can also get admission in all nit except Delhi & calicut for electrical and electronics engineering

Sorry to inform you but you can not take admission in nits or iiits. As you have to get at least 75% in board exams or to be in top 20 percentile of your board.
