If you belong to general category the chances of getting a seat in nit and iiit is quite tough. You need a better ranking to secure your seat in good NIT'S or IIIT'S however you have some chances under home state quota in nit's like nit agartala, nit
Chances very low for NIT and IIITs and CFTIs under Architecture courses as cutoffs is above 250 marks.
However you can get following private architecture colleges :

61 marks out of 360 marks is a really low score and is an indicator that you are not fit for engineering. Still if you want to do engineering then let me inform you, you will not get any IIIT with these marks and that too a computer science branch.

The registration started on 15th June 2018. There is no fees for registration. The final date to register for JoSAA is 25th June 2018. You have very less chance to get a seat in NIT/IIIT as per rank is very less.

Hello Nafees, the 14% rule is only for IITs and NITs, not for IIITs. You can check the seat matrix on JoSAA website to see the details of number of seats
