Hello. For btech in biotechnology or biomedical, you need to score atleast 75% in you class 12 the. Also for PCB, you need more than 75% aggregate score. Your 12th marks won't be taken for deciding your rank. It will be only counted as an eligibility criteria.

Sorry but you have not any chances to get any college through JOSAA (NIT/IIIT/GFTI) if you are OBC/General.

SC/ST students may have chances to get good colleges with this rank!!!
