You need to compete in JEE Mains for getting admission into NSIT Delhi. After that you are required to apply for counseling in jacdelhi.nic.in for admission. I am considering that you are from Outside Delhi General category, so you need to have a good AIR at least 4-5k
As per your rank you are not eligible for the admissions in the IIIT'S but there are some colleges under GFTI in which you are eligible to take the admissions. Check the below link for further information related to cut offs.

There are very little chances of getting good NIT and IIIT with this rank. You will get the Tier-3 NITs though. You can get a better college if you are from SC/ST category or you are applying for your home state NIT/IIIT.
