The rank which you have it is hard to get into IIITs in OBC category as the IIITs cutoffs went till 11k-12k hardly according to last year statistics. Even there is no IIIT in Kottayam, there is one in Andhra Pradesh and one in Tiruchirapally. Both them have

f you want to study in a government funded institution and that to IIIT the IIIT Jabalpur but you have to take into account that all IIIT are not of same standard like hyd and Bangalore...I personally know CSE is one of the top streams in BIT Mesra.BIT
