IIIT Gwalior is better than IIIT Una. According to careers360, IIIT Gwalior has AAAA rating that means it is a very good college. Also, Gwalior is very nice city so you can enjoy there alot.

With this rank you can not get admission to IIIT, Bhubaneswar, even in home state quota too. This rank is not enough for any government college admission.

Sorry to say but you didn't scored enough to get seat in NIT as the cut offs for NITs for any branch is very high as compared to other colleges If we have a look on previous year cut off in general you need to score below 50k to get
