To get admission in IIITs, you will have to clear Jee Main exam as this is the basic criteria to get seat there. Also, the eligibility criteria varies IIIT to IIIT so please tell which particular one you are asking fr?
cut-offs change every year, right now try to give your best and get the best rank after that you can check the previous year cut offs may be on its website
If you score 100 marks in JEE Main there will be very less chances that you will get good NITs or IIITs in general category. You need to score more then 150 marks in JEE Main to get good NITs in general category other state quota and more then 230
You need to score more then 140 marks in JEE Main to get CSE branch in IIITs under general category.

According, to the eligibility criteria you should have 75% marks in your board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile to get admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs and GFTIs.
You should also have more than 125 marks in JEE to get admission in NITs and IIITs. Cut off varies branches
Chances are very less to get seat with this rank as this is not the suficient one to get seat in NITs and IIITs but it would be better if you could try for state private colleges.
