IIIT Manipur is excellent institution fo further studies. But I would prefer you to go for special round . If you have an oppurtunity to get a better college you shouldn't miss it. If you are not satisfied with the result of your special round you can go

See i think the rank you have mentioned is your SC rank cause otherwise you would have gotten a good seat already. So let me tell you, everytime there is different amount of seats left vacant. There are reservation in CSAB Round as well and at your rank

The National Institute Of Technology, Patna is a tier 2 college whereas the Indian Institute of Information Technology,Bhagalpur is a tier 3 college.

There are a number of colleges which under the category tier 1 and tier 2 category.

there are also NITs which fall under tier 1.

Congratulations for getting alotted a seat in IIIT Manipur. Yes,You have to pay the fees like tuition fee,campus fee,etc etc. But you need to pay the fees when the college issues a notice that means when you go to confirm your seat in the alooted college you need

There will be some chances that you can get admission in any IIIT in the special round of CSAB. You will apply for the counselling as fast as possible. You might be q chance to get a seat in any nits.
