Yes there is a way to get IIIT or GFTI. That is CSAB Special round of counselling. The dates and details of CSAB special round will be released soon. You should have a look on this website: https://csab.nic.in/CMS/Public/View.aspx?page=79 .

Dear Aspirant,

If you have a choice between Computer science or information technology branch at Jabalpur and other branches at Jamia Millia Islamia then I suggest you should join IIIT Jabalpur.

Otherwise if you have choice between mechanical or ece at IIIT and some high branch like CSE at Jamia

Hi Candidate,

IIIT Manipur is excellent institution fo further studies. But I would prefer you to go for special round . If you have an oppurtunity to get a better college you shouldn't miss it. If you are not satisfied with the result of your special round you can go

There are information of exemption of fees for minority candidates. The total fees for semester 1 2019-2020 is 78000 which includes admission fees of INR 1000, tution fees INR 67500, exam and library fee 1500 and development fee INR 8000. As you are minority, you need not pay

See i think the rank you have mentioned is your SC rank cause otherwise you would have gotten a good seat already. So let me tell you, everytime there is different amount of seats left vacant. There are reservation in CSAB Round as well and at your rank
