I hope you have checked JOSSA Seat allotment. Based on this percentile, The chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs however You can go for the state level counselling for the admission to B.tech programme.

At a percentile (NTA SCORE) of 84.09, you can expect a common rank list (CRL) of 1,30,000-1,40,000 this year in JEE Mains.

thanks for asking your query as per the allotment of seats through josaa counselling 2019 not all seats are alloted in the first four rounds because seats gets vaccant in each rounds therefore you may have chance to get seat in the last rounds or after 4th round.
