As per general rank and ews rank you can't get admission in any of the IIIT's. Your percentile is low to get admission in such institutions. I suggest you to look for other institutions instead where both academics and placement oppurtunities are good.

to keep it simple, IIT stands for Indian Institute of Technology, while IIIT stands for Indian Institute of Information Technology.
Admission into IIIT is done through entrance examination called JEE Main , while for admission into IIT, candidates have to clear the second step of JEE Advanced as well.
