With you marks and rank you can get into Lower NITs. However, you will not be able to get into top branches maybe. For the IIITs part, you fall short on that and not be able to get into one.

As per general rank and ews rank you can't get admission in any of the IIIT's. Your percentile is low to get admission in such institutions. I suggest you to look for other institutions instead where both academics and placement oppurtunities are good.
