This is not likely to happen, as the college already has good placement records. Besides, the coding culture of IIIT L is also good. So I don't thnk such scenario is likely to occur.

Since you are in a reserved category you can have chance of getting a seat at nit. According to previous years cut off generally 15000 rank in SC get admsiiin through state quota but which branch you would get that is very very difficult to estimate.
