Moving to the other part of the question, HBTU Kanpur was once the top college under AKTU but now it is a university on its own taking

91 percentile corresponds to a rank that is way too big to get admission in any of the NITs or IIITs offering admission through JOSAA counselling . I therefore suggest you to look for some other counsellings/ institutes or maybe consider taking a drop and try again next year.

I am sorry but at this rank the question is not of suitability. It is about which institute can possibly give you a seat with your given rank and I think it is very sad but you might not be getting a seat in any of the NITs or IIITs
