Yes, there are entrance exams for admission into B.Tech courses at International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (Also known as: IIIT HYDERABAD). The exams are JEE Main and UGEE. JEE Main is for normal B.Tech and UGEE is for  research-based dual-degree programmes.
