Generally cutoff changes year to year and also according to the last year's statistics the JEE Main Rank required as per the last round was 1187 with 99.91 percentile in computer science and for electronics engineering it was 1941 rank with 99.84 percentile.Genrally you can get seat in IIITs with above 97 percentile.

See with such category if you are seeking admission in B.Tech course of either IIIT Hyderabad through JEE-Main score then according to the analysis of previous year's cut-off trends your CRL rank should be under 10,000 and against this rank your percentile should be more than 98 in JEE-Main 2021 and your category rank should be under 5,000.

If you get admission in IIT Hyderabad then you should get minimum 60% in physics, chemistry and mathematics in your 12th class. And you will get minimum 250 marks in JEE Mains examination then you will be capable for counselling in IIT college. I'll provide you a link you can check it. If you want to persue your engineering career in IIIT Hyderabad then you need to have 260+ marks in jee mains or have 99.92 approx percentile in order to get seat in IIIT Hyerabad. According to 2019 cut offs the percentile doesn't went down fromm 99 so you need to have 260+ marks or 99 percentile. For more info in detail you can visit the below link:
