It totally depends on your choice whether you want to go ahead in research or work in one of the top companies.

I would suggest you to go with IIT Hyderabad because it is a recognized institution , I agree even NIT is but the advantage of joining IIIT Hyderabad is a dual degree is better than a normal degree because it helps the student to complete 2 degrees in a shorter span of time and also it costs less expense in terms of fees and other educational expenses and also it helps in building a good network with professionals.

I can’t say anything about marks as it depends on the paper. What you have to see is the percentile. Last year cutoff for IIITH CSE was around 99.9 percentile and for ECE it was around 99.8 percentile. Plan accordingly, if you want a 4 year course in IIITH. Alternatively, if you want a 5 year course, you have to write the UGEE examination.

There is central exam to get admission in IIT ,NIT,IIT and GFT colleges known as JEE Main.After qualifying JEE Main you can give JEE Advance and if you have ranked in exam you might get IIT college.For admission in NIT's and IIIT's you have to take part in JOSAA counselling after successfully qualifying JEE Main exam.

CASE ( Computer Aided Structural Engineering) is a 2 year PG course. it is not a seasonal course but a degree program. You can do if you have completed UG in civil engineering. You have to apply for admission as you do in any normal admission process.
In terms of placement, It is organized by IIT. They bring in best opportunities for students. So if you take admission then you will surely get placement options. It is only your side where you have to perform best to grab the offer. For that , you have to use 2 years to learn and improvise your skills so that recruiter will think that you will do profit for the organization

I think that you need to apply for the IIIt Hyderabad by applying at the official site. Show them your Jee mains result at the application form.
Also you can apply by your KVPY results, if any.

Based on your percentile, Your Predicted All India Rank is in between 900- 2000. As per your rank and previous year cutoff, you will get IIIT Hyderabad - International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad in B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering in 3rd or 4th round of counselling.
In first round of counselling last year cutoff rank is 589.
