Yes iiit Hyderabad students get foreign internships but it is more or less individual effort. You have to build your profile very decent and you have to very skillful in field of software plus there is an advantage as most of the professor have foreign collaborators.

Cs and eCe branch are trending branches and they also have great demand when compared to chemical branch.

I would suggest you choose Nit warangal,as it has very good reputation and placements.

Also it depends on your interest level,if you have interest in chemical branch then you should always go for Iit Bhu.

If you are keen on the IIT tag, go for IIT mandi. Even  though it is new, it is  still an "IIT". Passing out from IIT itself  labels you as one of the top brains in the country. You become a "BRAND" regardless of how new or old the IIT is. Secondly don't be influenced by the current reviews about the new IITs. By the time you graduate, conditions would be much better. After all there was a time when IIT-B, IIT-D and IIT-KGP were new.

I completely agree that IIIT-H has more value in the industry, but personal satisfaction is also important. If the IIT tag gives you this satisfaction, without any doubt join IIT. 

But if market value of your institute gives you satisfaction, then join IIIT.

There are only two branches in IIIT Hyderabad which are:

• Computer  Science and Engineering
• Electronics and Communication Engineering.

I don't think that you will be able to fetch any of the two branches in IIIT, Hyderabad with this percentile. IIIT Hyderabad takes the top rankers and you have just missed it by some marks.

Hard luck!! But you will get the top branches in the top nits.

Last year the cut-off marks for IIIT Hyderabad ECE was about 270 marks in JEE MAINS paper one. So when I check the marks with the rank, the rank was too high, about 5000, or before. But your rank is 14k+ so it is quite difficult for you to get a seat. But you can get other IIIT, NIT or GFTIs. All the best!
