At IIIT, there are no category barriers. Whether you are an OBC or not, you should get the same cutoff marks as of a general candidate. There is no concept of different cutoffs for different categories.

IIITs are the government colleges which take admission on the basis of your jee mains marks.There is common counselling body for all the government colleges like NITs,IIITs,DTU,etc.So IIIT Hyderabad and IIIT Bangalore take admission on the basis of jee main marks only.
