With this much score of 271 marks, I will suggest you to go for NIT trichy. It will provide you a better exposure compared to IIIT hyderabad. You can join CSE at IIIT Hyderabad but that will not be a better option. I hope you have got the

I will provide you the last year cut off for IIIT HYDERABAD  final round. 

Based upon this cut off it's not possible for you to get CSE at IIIT HYDERABAD but you can definitely get ECE there.
