There is no reservation system in IIIT HYDERABAD.Last year cutoff for CSE was 256 marks for general as well as for SC students.So you have to wait for cutoff this year.you may get more details here

IIIT Hydrabad takes admissions either on the basis of JEE score card or from it's own entrance test known as Under graduate Engineering Entrance Exam. The applications for UGEE are out from 11 Feb and will be available upto 23 march. You can fill the apllication form from their website.

JEE Main is conducted twice an year(from 2019) by the National testing Agency(NTA) to provide admission into various undergraduate courses in Institutions like NITs,IIITs,CFTIs etc..One session of JEE main is already over in January and NTA also started receiving applications for those who want to appear for JEE
