Every year the cut off score depends on few factors like
Now in general if you consider the past few years cut-off records we can tentatively predict that you need around 240 + score in order to get admission in highly prestigious institutions like IIIT Hyderabad. Not only that for streams like Computer Science Engineering you even need more than 280-290 score to get admission.

UGEE stands for Under Graduate Entrance Examination, it is conducted by IIIT Hyderabad for admission to Dual Degree programmes (B.Tech. + MS).
The duration of this program is 5 years. All those candidates who will be completing their class 12th or equivalent examination by June 2022 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
There will be 2 sections under UGEE :-
a) SUPR – Subject Proficiency test for 60 minutes.
b) REAP – Research Aptitude test for 120 minutes.
Once the candidate appear for this exam and then on the basis of merit secured in above exam, the candidates are shortlisted for Interview round which is also the part of selection process through UGEE.
Coming to the dates, Application process has already been started from March 10th, 2022 and will continues till May 15th, 2022 and the entrance examination will be conducted on June 2th, 2022 in Computer Based Test mode.

To get in the cse branch in iiit Hyderabad you need a minimum percentile of 99.95+ as per the previous year trends and as per the ugee you need to score atleast 575 to get the cse branch.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Both these colleges are one of the India's best. So, its very difficult to choose between the two because if I would compare the placements it would be more or less at par. IIT Bombay is considered to be the best college for engineering and iiit Hyderabad is known for its remarkable placements in non core area
So, just on the basis of that I would recommend you to choose iiit hyderbad over iit bombay.

After iiit Hyderabad, there is bits pilani,nit Warangal, nsut Delhi, nit Rourkela and nit kurukshetra. Apart from these there are many IITs like bombay, delhi, roorkee, Kharagpur, kanpur which are famous for their placements in cse branch.
