See last few years trend you can get ECE it IIIT Hyderabad.The last year cutoff for ECE was 210 marks.

International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad offers admission to the dual degree programmes through the Lateral Entry mode. Admission is done through Lateral Entry Entrance Exam (LEEE).
Admissions are for the following programmes-

But you are not eligible to give JEE advanced even you qualify JEE mains this year.

If you want to chose IIIT Hyderabad then there is no SC/ST/BC, women, physically challenged etc. quota or reservation of any kind for IIITH admissions. All admissions are strictly merit based and in open category. If you want reservation you can go with other IIIT's.
