IIIT H gives the cut off required in mains. So just have a look at their website. But based on your mark, I don't think you ll get IIIT H.

First of all, you must know that from this year IIIT HYDERABAD has introduced and decided to conduct its own Entrance Exam. so from this year JEE MAIN Marks will not be considered for admission. Just go to official website of IIITH to get more information on it.
