well this year's cutoff hasnt been released yet so you can compare to last years cutoff for iiit pune and  estimate whether you can get a seat in the branch of cse

Hello student. To both the colleges are pretty good in the faculty, course curriculum,  infrastructure.. in all these both are really good.

But when it comes to placements, that too in the department of computer science, thapar university is comparatively better compared to that of iiit pune.

Pretty better companies and better packages in thapar university in comparison with iiit pune exist. So my suggestion would be to go for it

As per the reviews, the highest package of the Cs student get the package are around 22 lakh.while most of the students placement in their 3 year only ,the minimum salary package offered till now is 10 LPA. Companies like Gojek, Ipetronik, L&T, etc., visit our campus for placements and most of the IT companies came for the placement.
