IIIT pune is affiliated by college of engineering, pune and approved by MHRD. The selection through entrance exam. The institute proved many internship and job. Top company recruitments like affine analytic, amazon, GreyB, TCS, L&T Info Tech etc. Highest CTC institute 22 lakh per annum  INR and average CTC institute 7.58 lakh per annum  INR. For the placement highest  stipend is 30,000 and average stipend is 16,000.

JNTUH: It is approved by NAAC,NBA,UGC. The selection process by entrance exam. The overall rate for the placement is average. Many top  companies coming for the  recruitments like TCS, Google, ITC,Accenture etc maximum salary  will be   17 lakh per annum , average salary is around 9.5 lakh per annum and minimum salary is approximately 3.36 lakh per annum.

As per my information IIIT Pune offers B.Tech and M.Tech both . So as you have not mentioned any so I am providing details as best of my knowledge for B.Tech.

For SC students fees is around 10000-12000 per semester. Also this can vary as it usually increases by every year. Moreover they provide scholarships too so after applying for scholarship if you pass their eligibility criteria then you avail scholarship and the amount will once again get deducted from the total fees.

Svnit is better than iiit pune in placement wise. .Svnit have good ranking and placed higher than  iiit pune .

Placement is much better in svnit ,highest salary offered in svnit is 32 lpa and lowest is 3.50 lpa and average is 5 to 6 lpa while in iiit pune highest salary offered is 8 lpa and average is 3 lpa.

But eligibility criteria for svnit in 12 th is 75 %for general while it is 50 %in iiit pune.

Other thing like infrastructure, faculty, facilities are almost same and good .

You aksed for the comparison between  these 3 choices.

Now, see, all iits are good more or lessly. Among the engineering streams, cs is most preferable branch then it & then ece. So, if your only target is to study in a good branch, you should go for the CS choice.

But, overall, among these 3 choices, I will recommend IT in IIT Sonepat. 1st reason is better placement packages around 11LPA where the other ones have placements around 7 lpa. Secondly, location of it is very good for internships & transportation.

IIIT Dharwad will teach you more because it has more courses compared to IIIT Pune and both are rated equally good for faculty,placements and campus ,IIIT Dhawrad CSE fees if 6.30 lakh for 4 years whereas IIIT Pune ECE has 5.50 lakh for 4 years, IIIT Dharwad infrastructure is way better than IIIT Pune but it is said that food of IIIT Dharwad is not that good for both the  IIIT's the average placement lies around 5 lakh per annum and the highest for Pune was around 9 Lakhs per annum for a CSE student in B.Tech .
