Firstly, congratulations for getting admission in DTU!
BA Economics is a newly introduced course of DTU under the department of University School of Management and Entrepreneurship.
As it is known DTU is a well renowned University. So, no doubt the curriculum is and the course offered is well efficient. The faculty members are highly experienced and are from good renowned colleges of DU. Without any doubt you can opt for it. It is totally worth joining.
However as it a latest course, not even the first batch has graduated , so it is too soon to say anything about the placements. But the newer the better is what goes well with DTU. A renowned institution like DTU will make you efficient in your course and there are high chances of you getting placed.

Armed Forces of Medical College signs a bong agreement according to which you have to serve army atleast for four years as a doctor. You cannot take your PG immediately after completion of UG. You have to give service in Armed forces and then can pursue your PG from the same institute. Army provides with you an ample opportunity to continue with your studies even if your are working in army . No, it is not an internship. You will be commissioned as an army officer with the rank of lieutenant and will get all the perks which an officer usually gets in the Army. You can pursue PG in any of the desired stream you want to. Posting in a particular army wing depends upon the number of posts available , accordingly you are posted in the Military, Air Force , Navy. You can even go for Parachute Regiment and can enjoy better salary and perks.

as such no direct placements are provided in any medical institutes. Its always the students choice about what he/she wants to pursue next. she/ he can work in any hospitals affliated or setuo their own clincs or hospitals and work. usually people prepare for residency exams like neet pg / usmle/plab.
other options are avaliable for a mbbs graduate who passes out from mysore medical college and research institute are as follows:-
1. the direct path include MS/MD or DNB in the speciality of interest.
2. civil services - by taking upsee examinations
3. marketing - by pursuing mba
4. startups (in any field including medicine)
5. practsing as junior resident at a district hospital or serving as Medical officer at a PHC.

You can appear for All India Bar Examination conducted by BCI at a national level, the exam takes place twice a year, in case you're interested to appear for AIBE XV the registration has been extended till 31st August, you can visit our page at https://law.careers360.com/articles/aibe to know more details regarding this. Apart from you can appear for various government exams if you're interested such as PSC exam or UPSC CSE/Banking/Insurance/SSC based on the eligibility of graduation, there are specialists post recruited in banking sector pertaining to IT, Legal etc which you can apply, in private sectors some of the top recruiting companies pertaining to law are Khaitan &Co, Luthra & Luthra,Trilegal, Desai & Diwanji etc.
Mbbs is a 4.5 year long course with all years being of duration 1 year and 3rd term being of 1.5 years.
This is followed by a 1 year compulsory internship at the hospital affiliated to the college. Usually stipend is given during internship (it is around 22k per month for interns in karantaka)
Rural service is a bond one has to sign at the time of admission to serve the rural parts if karnataka for 1 year. It is a paid service and the mbbs doctor is considered as a junior resident at the phc or district hospital.
I.e both internship and both are different.

1. A candidate must possess MBBS degree for MD/MS and BDS courses of a University recognised by the Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India and must have completed the required period of pre- registration internship (12months) in a recognised hospital. Those who are likely to complete their internship after 30th of the november are not eligible.

2. The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in all the MBBS/BDS professional examinations. The AIIMS graduates for being eligible to avail of 33% reservation must have also obtained 55% marks in aggregate in all the MBBS professional examination.The
candidates belonging to SC.ST or those who have served in Rural Area for more that 2 years or
doing practice in a rural areas with less than 5 thousand population for more than 2 years or native of Backward Areas or those working under the Family Welfare Programmers must have obtained 50% marks in aggregate in all the MBBS/BDS professional examinations. Candidates with more than two failures in MBBS/BDS Professional examinations will not be eligible for admission to MD/MS/BDS courses. A deduction of 1% and 3% marks respectively shall be made for having failed once or twice in any of the MBBS/BDS professional examinations for calculating the percentage of marks for eligibility determination.

IIMT University in Greater Noida is very good choice for admission. Bachelor of Journalism and and Mass Communication (BJMC) course in IIMT is good . But there is no placements their . They do not offer any internships , you should separetly apply for the internships .
