No Of  you can't go for M.D  in Anesthesiology because you are persuing the AYUSH course which is 5.5 years course, M.D. in Anesthesia is a 2 year post graduation in Anesthesia,The candidate who are willing to take up this course must have minimum needed eligibility as they must have completed their MBBS whith a minimum of 50% score and some institutes may conduct enterance Examinations for the admission.

So if you want to do internship and job simultaenously, you can just inform your organization regarding the same that you need to cut some working hours to do the internship. Not only CBIT, any engineering college would allow students to do internships. It may be in second year or even in first year. Internships are something which gives student the real knowledge about any course. Doing more internships ensures you more practical knowledge and provides you more scope for getting placed at big MNCs during your placements.

The real challenge lies in getting internships. If you do internships in some reputed companies, you may include it in your resume too.
