So, you give all answers correctly in exam but in viva you give 2 incorrect answers. See, viva voice is not only about giving correct answers , its also about your communication skills , confidence as well as acknowledging the vocal and oral nature of the discipline.

You haven't mentioned the document that has been missing. But if you have submitted to the HR, always keep a copy of that communication and document submission. If you sent it through Email, save a copy of that email for all future references. There should not be any problem about
