The first thing they will be looking to shortlist for the Personal Interview is your CAT score. During the interview they will definitely ask you the reason behind the backlogs in three subject. The main thing is your graduation aggregate should be good enough to convert your call

Once the merit list has been prepared, a list of shortlisted and waiting Candidates will be released online. This rank list is prepared on the basis of marks scored in GATE in your particular stream. Shortlisted Candidates will be called in for Interview. This interview process is across all branches

Admission for BA Economics in St. Xavier's, Ahmedabad is purely on Merit basis. The inly eligiblity criteria is that the student should have cleared higher secondary and other equivalent courses. There is no other criteria mentioned by the university. You will get the admission if you meet the merit

This is not true. The admission in NDA is done only through offline written test, SSB interview and medical test. Even if you score more than 90% , you will have to go through all the rounds and pass them.
