You haven't mentioned the Category you belong to. After Round 1, approximately 99 seats have been filled at Hamdard and the last rank to secure a seat was 763728 under General Category-PWD. And this was a Management Quota seat.  And unless we get information about the vacant seats and Free exits after Round 1, it is difficult to speak about the possibilities in Round 2.
