Yes, IPU CET is also for B.Pharma courses in GGSIPU. To get a seat in the B.Pharma  course in IPU you have to give IPU CET and through the marks and rank obtained in it you will be allotted a seat in the college.

Your score is quite a bit low then the normal cutoff for CSE in Gitam gat phase 1. But don't loss hope. You can still apply for the CSE branch along with the other branches related to computer science like IT. If very few students apply for CSE then

• Revise the exam pattern and syllabus.
• Make a revision schedule
• Daily time management
• Study Materials & Previous Year Question Papers should be revised
• Give as many Mock tests as you can

IPU CET is conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) for admissions into UG and PG courses. This includes B.Tech also.

So, YES you can give this for admission into B.Tech.

But you have to meet some eligibility criteria:

55% marks in class 12 (Physics, Chemistry and Maths)
