Dear Jhashuva,
IPU-CET Law is a paper-based exam with 150 questions that have to be completed within two and a half hours.
A thorough understanding of the exam pattern and syllabus can enhance your preparation.
For this purpose, you check these: https://law.careers360.com/articles/ipucet-law-syllabus
There are no sample question papers on the official website of the exam and also there are no other papers available on the internet.
You can practise the questions separately by going through the syllabus.
You can also get a yearbook which has got previous question papers at its back. Search this on the internet.
What is your rank?
I suggest you fill some more. In case the choices are less and you do not get any college in first round then you won't be considered further.
Whereas somebody who has filled a lot of choices will surely get a college, good/bad doesn't matter but they'll be in the game. You never know maybe with subsequent rounds they even get upgraded to some better college.
Now, if you're rank is really good, say less than 1000 in CET then you're good with 17 choices. But if it's somewhere above 2000–2500 then please be modest and fill more choices, a lot of them.
All the best
Hi Rishabh.
The syllabus for IPU CET (LLB) includes English, General Awareness, Logical and Analytical reasoning, Legal resoning.
The syllabus is similar to that of CLAT and other law entrances. But the difficultly level as compared to CLAT, LSAT, SET, AILET is low. There is not much time constraint in the paper. The level of difficulty of the question is not high.
You have to attempt 150 questions in 2 hours and 30 minutes which leaves ample time. There is four marks awarded for each correct answer and one us deducted for each negative.
Overall it can be said that the level of the test is Moderate.
Best of luck!
