Yes you are eligible for NEET (both for government as well as a private college) And if you are a general category student then for PCB your marks should be 50% to be eligible. If only in PCB you have scored 50% then absolutely you are eligible.

Abhishek, your 12th marks are only considered for calculating your eligibility to appear for NEET. And to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45%
