ISRO is Indian Space Research Organisation, formed in 1969, superseded the erstwhile INCOSPAR. Vikram Sarabhai, having identified the role and importance of space technology in a Nation's development.
You choose pcm which is physics, chemistry and mathematics for your 12th class great. You have to options for joining ISRO.
Now choice us totally yours. When you have to go for ISRO. I'll suggest you that after completing graduation you can join ISRO. You have to give only one entrance examination then. After graduation you have a degree and more knowledge about your subject. And you can do well in ISRO.

Well after doing masters you can join as an intern and can then do internship but to get a proper job of a junior scientist or something, I would recommend you to go for PhD before you can actually plan of landing a good job at Isro. Isro is a highly research oriented organisation and getting there is very competitive.

You need to opt for Science after 10th class, and need to clear examinations like JEE mains etc to get a good college of BTech or you have to score good marks in your 12th boards examination as well as entrance examination for Bsc.
To become scientist in isro you need to score more than 65% or. 6.84 CGPA in BTech/ Mtech or bsc.if you get admission in Indian institute of space science and technology then it will be very easy for you to get a job in ISRO.
ISRO picks graduates from IITs and NITs directly, so you can go for these colleges as well.
Atlast you need to work hard, as the competition is high, but if you have passion then you will definitely get a job at ISRO.

As per your query , I would like to inform you that for becoming a scientist you have to give Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana Exam (KVPY Exam) after your 12th class and score a good rank to initiate your carrer of isro scientist . Eligibilty of kvpy exam is to have atleast 60percent in mathematics,chemistry,physics in aggregate to appear for the exam .Hence you opt science stream with physics,chemistry,mathematics and computer science as your main subject

After 10th you didn't directly join ISRO. To become Computer Scientist in ISRO you need complete your graduation. after 10th you need to choose PCM stream in 11th and do preparation for JEE Mains and advance. you need to score atleast 80% marks in 12th. and complete your graduation with good course like B.E/ B.tech. There is a written test conducted by ISRO. If you qualify the test and you will go for further round i.e., interview round.
