Hello, hope you are doing well!
No, MCA students are not eligible to join ISRO. One needs to have a B.Tech/BE degree to be eligible to join ISRO.
ISRO offers the position of Scientist/Engineer 'SC' in Level 10 of Pay Matrix to the young graduates in the following engineering disciplines :-
1. Electronics 2. Mechanical 3. Computer Science
Yes , all ISRO employees are eligible for getting quarters but it depends on the vacancy of the quarter. In some Ahmedabad center of ISRO , the quarters are very good with higher capacity of accommodation.
ISRO provides great quarters for their employees but it may take some time if their is some scarcity. If there is no quarters available they will provide HOME RENT ALLOWANCE so that you can rent a room for a period until and unless their is quarter vacancy.
Also there are some special provisions for Women employees if they are not the domicile of the state in which they got selected , then they may get some extra benefit of getting a quarter.

Hello aniket,
As per your question, as you didn't mention after what you are going to choose isro like after 12th or degree . But you can join isro either passing 12th or after completing your bachelors degree in any field of engineering.
After passing 12th you can persue any cosmology, or aerospace field from the colleges like IISC or from IITs and nits as you will be directly recruited from their if you have relevant skills.
Or you can give isro exams after completing your bachelors degree from any of the branches which is mandatory that you should have your degree in btech or BE. After clearing your written paper they will call you for Personal interview (PI) which would be tough enough to confuse your brain. But they check each and every concepts knowledge in you and the way you answers.
After shortlisting they normally have a payscale of 56,100rs per month which is fixed for CLASS C category.

ISRO is known for its unique and cost-effective technologies and after Mangalyaan (2014) it's gained an area among the highest space agencies. The former President of our country Dr APJ Abdul Kalam has been a scientist of ISRO. it's the most reputed and respected job in our country to become an ISRO scientist. ISRO is just like the NASA of India. The organisation features a team of best scientist and engineer who exerting to realize its goal and make new invention and discoveries. you want to have the deep knowledge and application ability to be a part of that team. You have three choice to become a scientist in ISRO after, per annum engineers from IITs and NITs recruit through campus selection, getting admission in IIST (Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology) are often the simplest way to select in ISRO as a scientist/engineer otherwise you can give ICRB’s exam after Engineering of respective branches. Eligibility criteria: First, it's necessary to possess +2 science or maths and Physics subject in 10+2 level and know the essential fundamental concepts of those subjects (better to secure 75% above marks). 1) Through the campus interview, ISRO directly recruits good students from IISc, IITs and NITs per annum . B.Tech students in Aerospace Engineering, engineering , Engineering Physics and Electronics and Communication are more likely to require consideration of such jobs. If you're in countries top most IITs and NITs then, you would possibly get an opportunity to seat on-campus interview of ISRO. Note: ISRO Chairman Dr. K Sivan did Masters in Aerospace Engineering from IISc and got selected through campus placement. 2) the simplest thanks to get into the ISRO by taking admission in IIST (Indian Institute of Space Technology). As per the need , each year ISRO directly recruits students from IIST as Scientist. But you've got to take care of 7.5 CGPA to urge selected in ISRO. To get admission in IIST, you've got to secure a decent score in JEE Advance exam after 12th. IIST has only 140 seats, so on basis of applicants and JEE rank, you got selected. you want to have scored a minimum of 75 the aggregate marks in 12th. In IIST, you either take a 4-year B.Tech Degree or a 5-year Dual course of study . 3) every year , ISRO conduct an exam called ICRB (ISRO Centralised Recruitment Board Exam). you'll give this exam after doing BE, BTech, BSc(Engg) or Diploma+BE/BTech (lateral entry). But only these Electronic, mechanical and computer stream students can appear in the exam. Sometimes Civil Engineers can give this exam as per vacancies. You have to take care of a minimum of 65% or 6.84 Cgpa in BTech. Final year students can't apply for this exam. the small print of ICRB exam decide from ISRO’s official website. Here you'll download the syllabus of ICRB exams and compare together with your college syllabus then download the previous year question papers which are available and prepare yourself consistent with that. All these opportunities to become a scientist in ISRO are just for engineering students. But after completion of MSc and PhD, you'll also become a scientist in ISRO. There is a Live Register button on ISRO official website, through which aspiring PG or PhD candidates can get the chance to join ISRO as scientist/ engineer. PG and PhD degree holders in specialized area that relevant to Indian space program like (Aeronautics, Agriculture, Atmospheric Sciences, Chemical, Civil, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Computer, Control Systems, Electrical, Electro-Optics, Electronics, Environmental, Remote Sensing, Space Science, Structures, Telecommunication, Water Resources, Geology, Material Science and Metallurgy, Mechanical, Oceanography, Power Systems etc.) can register themselves.
Hope this helps!
Thank you, Feel free to ask questions any time.
Hello,
Yes, sure you can join the ISRO having diploma degree in electrical. There are many posts available in ISRO for diploma holders in EEE like
The no. of vacancies use to be very less. So it becomes a very tough competition

I would suggest you to pursue B Tech ,if you want to apply for scientist
And they recruits first class students that is high profile students having board toppers as well as university Topper.
